「F.I.L. HIROSHIMA」をはじめ、セレクトショップ「ref.」など複数の店舗を 運営する有限会社「ENU」。その創設 30 周年を記念し〈little cloud coffee〉の限 定グッズを用意しました。

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of “ENU”, a company that operates F.I.L. HIROSHIMA alongside a number of other stores, including the multi-brand boutique “ref.”, we have prepared some limited-edition little cloud coffee goods.



ORIGINAL ROAST COFFEE (ENU)

コーヒー栽培の⾧い歴史を持つブラジルを代表する品種「Mundo Novo」。香り、 酸味、コク、全ての味わいで調和の取れたコーヒー豆です。コーヒーチェリー（果 肉）の甘みを残すように乾燥させる「ハニープロセス」という精製方法により、 ハチミツのような風味を持つのが特徴。そのキャラクターを活かすようミドル ダークローストで丁寧に焙煎しました。 〈little cloud coffee〉が、30 周年を迎え る「ENU」のために特別に用意した限定シングルオリジンです。パッケージの イラストは中村ケルシーがこの企画のために描いたもの。

“Mundo Novo” is a variety of coffee bean that is representative of Brazil and has a long history of being cultivated there. This coffee bean features a harmonious blend of aroma, acidity, and rich depth. Its most outstanding characteristic is its honey-like flavor, that is achieved through a refining method known as the “honey process,” which dries the coffee cherries (flesh) in a way that preserves their sweetness. We have meticulously roasted these beans to a medium dark roast in order to preserve and accentuate its natural characteristics. This is a limited- edition single origin coffee that has been specially prepared by little cloud coffee for ENU, who is celebrating its 30th year in business. The illustration on the packaging was drawn by Kelsi Nakamura just for this special project.



LCC CUP & SAUCER (ENU)

150年以上の歴史を持つ九谷焼の老舗窯元で制作したカップ＆ソーサー。1点1点轆轤でひき、手描きで絵付をした後、昔ながらの薪窯で丸一日以上の時間をか けて焼成。形、絵柄など随所に手仕事ならではの豊かな表情を見ることができま す。 〈little cloud coffee〉 でも展開している商品ですが、 九谷焼の伝統様式の一つ 「赤絵」（赤を基調に金彩を施して紋様を描いたもの）は本企画のために用意し た「ENU」限定色です。

A cup and saucer set manufactured by a long established Kutani ware producer with over 150 years of history. Each individual piece is turned on a potter’s wheel, hand painted, and finally fired in a traditional wood-fired kiln for over a day. The rich expressions that can only be achieved through handicraft are visible in the shapes of the work and the patterns depicted on them. These Kutani ware products are also available regularly at little cloud coffee, however the “Akae” (a pattern painted with gold on a red base), one of the traditional styles of Kutani ware, is a special limited color that has been created especially for ENU on this special occasion.
